Widely recognised as the UK’s most prestigious Awards for design excellence The Sunday Times British Homes Awards recognise the talent, effort and innovation of architects, designers, house builders, developers and affordable housing providers, and celebrate the quality of the homes and communities they create. They showcase the best in design to industry and consumers, and are judged by an independent panel of designers, developers and industry experts.
Since its launch in 2007 the Sunday Times British Home Awards have become a definitive benchmark for residential developments of all nature across the country. Awards are presented for a diverse range of residential projects, covering the restoration of historical buildings, large scale projects focused on new build developments and regional regeneration, as well as one-off, unique house build projects.
This award comes after we were short-listed finalists for 3 awards at the 2015 LABC London Building Excellence Awards. At the LABC we were nominated for delivering the Best Public Services Building, Best Inclusive Building, and Best Education Building in respect of our involvement with a new tennis club house within the London Borough of Hackney.
