This was a an extremely challenging project, commencing five stories up onto two existing properties with access only from the front elevation on the narrow one way Charlotte Road. And all in the heart of busy Shorditch.
The Works Comprise:-
- Demolition of the existing top 4th floor and the construction of new 4th and 5th floors for residential accommodation.
- Construction of 6 luxury apartments, including two penthouses with terraces and hot tub to enjoy a spectacular unobstructed view across the London skyline.
- A new lift installation.
- Alterations, refurbishment and extensions to existing office accommodation at basement to third floor levels
- Alterations and extensions to existing office accommodation at fourth floor level
- Air conditioning
- Contract sum circa £3.5M
- Complete February 2017
